To entice the wealthy businessmen and their capital to Canada, Residency-by-Investment Program was initiated by the Canadian Government. As mentioned in the regulations, the applicant must qualify following requirements:

For Investors

  • At least $75,000 must be invested into the qualifying business by the Angel investor group. Two or more investments from angel investor groups can also be included totaling $75,000.
  • Venture capital fund must invest at least $200,000 into the qualifying business which has been designated.
  • A business incubator must accept the applicant into its business incubator programme.

Eligibility Criteria
