Process of Application with Ad Astra

Step 1 - Passport Pre-Screening by AD Astra

Ad Astra pre-screens your passport copy for government pre-approval. To open your application, a down payment of the professional fees is required. We will advise and guide you to checklist necessary documents collection.

Step 2 - Apply for an Entry Visa

An entry visa to the Greek consulate authority should be applied by the applicant in their country of origin. To purchase a property in Greece either a type C Schengen visa or a type D national visa is required.

Step 3 - Greek Property Purchase Documentation

Ad Astra will assist you to the Greek property that fully satisfies your requirements and starts preparing property purchase documentation required to be presented for the Residency application.

Step 4 - Travel for Passport Stamp

Before submitting the residency application, to get passports stamped, the applicant requires to make a travel to Greece.

Step 5 - Property Purchase Documentation and Funds Transfer

Step 6 - Final Application Submission to Director of Immigration
