    Grenada Citizenship-by-investment Act

In August 2013 citizenship-by-investment (CBI) came into being in  Grenada when The Grenadian Parliament passed Act no. 15. This protects the Citizenship-by-Investment (CBI) program. This legislation is documented and published, and it is included in Grenada’s laws as drafted and ratified by the national legislature, stating that anybody can apply for naturalization and may be eligible for citizenship upon payment of fees if the government determines that the individual has made a significant investment in Grenada.
