    St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship-by-investment Act

    Since the beginning, in 1984, the program has been enticing individuals from all over the globe to invest in the country’s economy in exchange for an irreversible passport and citizenship, and it is based on the following legislative, constitutional, and regulatory foundations:

    Chapter VIII (Sections 90-95) of Saint Christopher and Nevis’s Constitution governs citizenship. In 1984, Parliament mandated that such other people would be eligible to be registered as citizens upon filing an application under Section 92 (1) (h) of the Constitution.

    The Government with Cabinet Decisions determines the amount of investment and projects that shall qualify as a “substantial investment” and accordingly Citizenship-By-Investment eligibility.
